Horst JICHA, CEO & COO, German manager from the traditional industry, used to managing large teams, he first owned his own software development company, then sold it after having valued it.
He then worked for Kaba, a Swiss security company developing access control products, as a "Managing Director". He introduced it on the stock market after having increased its value for 3 years. Subsequently, he also floated the German company GEZE (also specialized in access control products, but also in video surveillance and voice recognition) after having developed it for 4 years.
Horst has already announced that it will leave USI-Tech on October 7, 2019, the anniversary of its 60th anniversary, after having introduced it on the stock market to ensure its future development, as it has already done for the companies mentioned above.

Ralph GOLD, Technical Director, of German origin living in Brazil, trader and developer with 20 years of experience, having notably worked in finance for large companies, he had for 3 years the responsibility of "VIP" accounts receivable ( over € 100,000) on USI-Tech Forex robot prototypes, which earned customers an average of 7.8% per month over this period.
He is now in charge of the company's trading and mining infrastructure.

Mike KIEFER, Commercial Director of Swiss origin and living in Spain, he is responsible for the promotion of USI-Tech products for the whole world. With 20 years of experience in traditional network marketing, he is the one who set up the sponsorship system and compensation plan (MLM) proposed by the company.

Evan AHERN, Head of Product Development: Billionaire owns more than 50 companies and develops high-tech products for the industry. It provides the electricity generation and heat recovery systems that will be used in the USI-Tech mining infrastructure. He is also in charge of the deployment of bitcoin distributors (BTM) whose software will be developed by USI-Tech.
The rest of the team consists of financial analysts, traders and developers who provide technical support and continue to develop the product.
